Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to enrollment in the Prompt to Profit mentorship program. Because the Program reserves a limited 1:1 mentorship seat and grants immediate access to proprietary materials upon enrollment, the following terms apply.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund within three (3) business days of purchase, provided you have not yet attended your first mentorship call or accessed the Program's training materials. To cancel, email support@dollfactory.ai within the window.

2. After the Cancellation Window

After the cancellation window has passed, or once you have attended your first call or accessed Program materials, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where your signed enrollment agreement states otherwise. This reflects the fact that mentorship seats are limited and proprietary materials cannot be returned once accessed.

3. Payment Plans

If you enroll on a payment plan, cancelling future participation does not cancel remaining scheduled payments unless your enrollment agreement provides for it. Payment plans are a financing convenience, not a subscription.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. We will confirm every refund decision to you in writing by email.

5. Questions and Disputes

If you have any concern about a charge, contact us first at support@dollfactory.ai — we respond to all billing inquiries within two (2) business days and resolve legitimate issues directly. This is almost always faster than a bank dispute.
