Some purchases or services may require an account on third party platforms such as Stripe, FanBasis, Discord, or course delivery platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access that occurs through third party platforms.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed through our approved payment processors such as Stripe or FanBasis. Taxes, fees, or currency conversion costs may be applied by payment providers. You agree to pay all charges fully and on time. If a subscription is offered, it will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction, failure to complete a program, or changes in personal circumstances. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this no refund policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our services, violate laws, share proprietary content, harass others, disrupt the community, or attempt to access systems without authorization. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or share course materials, templates, recordings, or any content provided through Doll Factory without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Doll Factory, including text, videos, templates, scripts, guides, branding, tools, documents, and digital material, is owned by Velika Ventures LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, personal, non transferable license to use the material for your own educational purposes. You may not resell, share, or distribute our materials.

User submitted content such as messages, testimonials, or feedback may be used by Doll Factory for marketing or internal purposes without compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

By using our services, you agree that Velika Ventures may send service updates, account notices, and marketing messages via email or SMS. You may opt out of marketing messages but will still receive essential communications such as billing or account notices.

12. Termination

13. Arbitration Agreement

All disputes between you and Velika Ventures must be resolved through binding individual arbitration unless you qualify for small claims court. You waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings. Arbitration will take place in Pennsylvania under U.S. law. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes that are not subject to arbitration must be filed exclusively in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective when posted. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and Velika Ventures LLC. If any portion of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
